Rear sprocket
High-quality JT sprockets are made only from the best quality Japanese C45 steel.
Thanks to the very high-quality material, maximum lifespan is ensured for both the sprockets and the chain.
JT sprockets are not simply stamped, as many competitors do. During the extensive manufacturing process, the most precise tolerances and best tooth profiles are achieved. In addition to computer-controlled metal cutting machines, drills, and milling machines, all sprockets are also manually processed to achieve the best possible result. And the result is worth it - all sprockets are either at least as good as or better than original parts, while being significantly cheaper. Each sprocket undergoes 25 manufacturing steps and 10 different quality controls before reaching the market. JT produces over 12 million sprockets annually for almost all motorcycle models. Currently, there are over 2600 different models in the range.
NB! To achieve the maximum lifespan of the drive chain, it is recommended to always replace the sprockets when replacing the chain.
