Thanks to the very high-quality material, maximum lifespan is ensured for both the sprockets and the chain.

JT sprockets are not simply stamped, as many competitors do. The extensive manufacturing process results in the most precise tolerances and the best tooth profiles. In addition to computer-controlled metal cutting machines, drills, and milling machines, all sprockets are also manually finished to achieve the best possible result. And the result is worth it - all sprockets are at least as good as or better than original parts, while being significantly cheaper. Each sprocket undergoes 25 manufacturing stages and 10 different quality controls before reaching the market. JT produces over 12 million sprockets annually for almost all motorcycle models. Currently, there are over 2600 different models in the range.

NB! To achieve maximum lifespan of the drive chain, it is recommended to always replace the sprockets when replacing the chain.
