IXS thermal clothing has a special, 3-layer structure with exceptionally good cold insulation and optimal moisture-wicking properties. The layer directly against the skin wicks water vapor (sweat) away from the skin. The insulating middle layer protects the body from cooling down, insulates against cold, and transports moisture to the outer layer. The outer layer absorbs water vapor and dries it. IXS thermal underwear is ideally suited for use in modern motorcycle clothing with waterproof membranes (such as Gore-Tex, soltoTex, etc.).
